Overview
The guest ranch is located in the Cariboo region of southwestern British Columbia, between 100 Mile House and Little Fort. Pure luxury in the country best describes the lodge resting at the top of a hill. When you cross the threshold, you'll feel right at home in an atmosphere of welcoming comfort. Wander inside and cozy up beside an impressive river rock fireplace, or take advantage of the games room and 51-inch video screen. Relax on the spacious deck and look out on seemingly endless rolling hills and pine forests. And after a day of adventure, there is no better place to unwind than in the hot tub for a long soak under the stars.
In winter the Cariboo opens up another world with a new set of activities. Snowmobiling is rapidly growing in popularity and the South Cariboo's extensive trail system can be reached from the ranch's doorstep. Cross-country skiing, ice fishing, skating, snowshoeing and tobogganing can also be enjoyed from the ranch. Downhill skiing is an hour and half away at Sun Peaks Resort. Accommodation
The private log guest cabins are an exquisite blend of country elegance with a rustic ambiance. Each tastefully decorated cabin is nestled among the trees. Take in the Cariboo's spectacular sunsets from the Adirondack chairs on your private, west-facing deck. Later, you can snuggle up and enjoy a movie from our extensive video library.
Each two-bedroom cabin has one Queen and two Twin beds. Sink into cozy goose-down duvets and high-thread count, 100 percent cotton sheets. Combined with the fresh air and absolute quiet, we dare you to stay awake! Limited-edition artwork decorates the walls, and a rocking chair by the window invites you to curl up with your favorite book. A three-piece bath contains luxurious cotton towels, bathrobes, hair dryers, soaps and shampoo, and soft, treated water. Other features include a small refrigerator, desk, and gas fireplace.
Meals
Delicious meals are served three times a day in the main lodge dining area, which comfortably seats up to 20 guests. The professional chef prepares comfort food with exquisite style. The guest ranch is renowned for generous portions of mouth watering, home-cooked meals, and you will never leave the table hungry.
