The ranch near 100 Mile House is a true destination spa vacation resort, specializing in fitness, winter sports and world class gourmet spa cuisine. Situated in the middle of 20000 acres of ranch lands, the spa features extensive daily fitness programs, 18 wellness, massage & spa treatment rooms, 3 spa lounges, 2 exclusive dining rooms, with professional services ranging from yoga, pilates, aerobics, aqua fit instructors, kinesiologists, nurses, personal trainers, nutritionist, body therapists, & comprehensive lifestyle counseling!
Activities
Winter in the Terrain Park is 'white gold'. Great skiing conditions combined with a spectacular nordic world-class ski facility brings you the most memorable cross country and alpine ski holiday experience. The status as a leading Canadian Nordic ski destination is maintained through continual improvement of our ski facilities. The extensive 200 km community trail network is equally divided between beginner, intermediate, and advanced skill levels. We also maintain 40 km of skating set trails. The terrain ranges from wide open spaces, through gently rolling countryside to challenging descents. Our extensive ski shop can provide rental equipment or you can book lessons for any level of skier. In the afternoon of each day we have a guided 90 minute tour of our ski trails. Intensity will be governed by fitness level of those attending. Longer guided tours, 2 hours or more, can be arranged. Additional activities include downhill skiing, snowmobiling and sno tubing.
Accommodation
The spa resort offers guests a refuge of renewal and rejuvenation while being surrounded by peaceful countryside reflecting the true Canadian west. Each participant is guided, nurtured, educated, enlightened, and supported as they begin to make the lifestyle changes and choices that will improve their health and state of wellness. The lodge rooms are deluxe hotel-style rooms. They feature either onequeen-size bed or one queen plus one double-size bed. Each room has it'sown fully equipped private bathroom. Cozy bathrobes are provided for your comfort and these new lodges are only a few short steps from the main building. Most of these rooms are non-smoking. The chalets are cozy and private - ideal for a group of friends or a family. Each chalet features three bedrooms, a fully equipped bathroom, a comfortable living area, two patios, and a fully equipped kitchen. One bedroom is on the main floor with one double bed. Two bedrooms are on the upper floor - one with two twin beds and the other with a queen bed. Some chalets have a queen bed in each of the two upstairs bedrooms.
